Abstract
Pomorsko dobro i njegovo upravljanje, korištenje, nadzor i održavanje predstavlja strateški resurs Republike Hrvatske te istovremeno dobro od posebnog interesa za Republiku Hrvatsku. Pojam pomorskog dobra obrađeno je kroz povijesnu komponentu te će se analizirati njegova prostorna dimenzija. Ukratko će se obraditi utvrđivanje granice pomorskog dobra. Nadalje, materija upravljanja pomorskim dobrom obrađena je na način da su analizirane vrste i oblici upravljanja. Održavanje i red na pomorskom dobru predmetom su zasebne tematske cjeline, kao i problematika zaštite pomorskog dobra. Također, rad će obraditi institut korištenja pomorskog dobra te detaljnije objasniti institut koncesije kao dominantan način upravljanja pomorskim dobrom.
Abstract (english)
Maritime demesne and its management, usage, oversight and maintenance represents a strategic resource of the Republic of Croatia. The concept of maritime demesne will be elaborated through the historical component and its spatial dimension will be analyzed. In brief the determination of the maritime border will be analysed. In addition, maritime affairs management is explained in such a way that types and forms of management are analyzed. The maintenance and order of the maritime demesne are subject to separate thematic unit as well as the issues of the protection of the maritime demesne. Also, the paper will elaborate the institute for the maritime demesne and explain the concession constitute as a dominant mode of the management of maritime demesne.
