Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad temelji se na analizi slobode pružanja usluga i slučajeva vezanih uz tvrtku Uber, odnosno problematiku reguliranja djelatnosti Ubera. U uvodnom dijelu objašnjavaju se osnovne činjenice vezane uz Europsku uniju te povijest osnivanja. Zatim rad prelazi na prvo poglavlje u kojem se razmatra pojam unutarnjeg tržišta i obrađuje se tematika ekonomskih integracija i pristupa integraciji. U drugom poglavlju razmatraju se temeljne gospodarske slobode sa naglaskom na slobodu kretanja usluga. Treće i ključno poglavlje analizira sudsku praksu protiv tvrtke Uber kroz prethodne zahtjeve, mišljenja nezavisnog odvjetnika i donesenih presuda.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis is based on an analysis of the freedom to provide services and cases related to Uber, and the issue of regulating Uber's activities. The introductory section explains the basic facts about the European Union and the history of the founding. Then the paper goes to the first chapter in which the concept of the internal market is considered and the terms of economic integration and access to integration are discussed. The second chapter deals with fundamental economic freedoms with an emphasis on freedom of movement of services. The third and crucial chapter analyzes the case law against Uber through requests for a preliminary ruling, opinions of an independent lawyer and verdicts issued.
