Abstract
Javno obećanje nagrade predstavlja jednostranu izjavu volje u građanskom pravu. Riječ je o jednostranom pravnom poslu koji nastaje očitovanjem volje samo jedne strane. Izvorom obveze mogu biti svi jednostrani pravni poslovi usmjereni na stvaranje obveze. Kao jedan od glavnih primjera u literaturi se navodi ponuda za sklapanje ugovora, vrijednosni papiri te tema ovog diplomskog rada javno obećanje nagrade koje je u hrvatskom zakonodavstvu regulirano Zakonom o obveznim odnosima. Osim javnog obećanja nagrade u diplomskom radu spominjemo i nagradne igre te igre na sreću, odnosno lutrijske igre, igre na sreću u kasinima, igre na sreću na automatima, igre klađenja te zabavne igre.
Abstract (english)
The public promise of the award constitutes a unilateral statement of will in civil law. It is a unilateral legal work that arises from the will of only one side. The source of the obligation can be all unilateral legal tasks aimed at creating an obligation. As one of the main examples in the literature is the offer for the conclusion of contracts, securities and the topic of this master's thesis the Public promise of the award which is governed by the Law on Compulsory relations in Croatian legislation. In addition to the public promise of the award in graduate work we mention the competitions and games of chance, namely lottery games, games of chance in casinos, games of chance on slots, betting games and fun games.
