Abstract
Cilj završnog rada bio je objasniti zemljišnoknjižne upise, pri čemu su pojašnjena knjižna prava koja mogu biti predmetom upisa i to pravo vlasništva, služnosti, stvarni tereti, pravo građenja, založno pravo (hipoteka) i obvezna prava na nekretninama. Nadalje su pojašnjene materijalne i postupovne pretpostavke koje se moraju ispuniti da bi upis bio valjan. Pojašnjene su i definirane vrste zemljišnoknjižnih upisa - uknjižba, predbilježba i zabilježba te funkcije samih upisa. Konačno, pojašnjen je zemljišnoknjižni postupak.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this thesis was to explain the land register entry. There are clarified the land registry rights, such as the right of ownership, encumbrance, burdens, building lease, law of pledge (mortgage) and real obligations, which can be the subjects of the entry. Further, there are clarified substantive and procedural assumptions which must be completed in order for the entry to be valid. There are also defined the types of entries into the land register -incorporation, priority notice, annotation as well as the very functions of these entries. Finally, it has been clarified the land registry procedure.
