Abstract
Sudski registar je javna knjiga koja sadrži podatke i isprave o subjektima upisa za koje je upis u registar propisan zakonom. Sastoji se od glavne knjige i zbirke isprava, a u Republici Hrvatskoj vodi se elektroničkim putem. Glavna zadaća registra je ostvarivanje povjerljivosti i sigurnosti u pravnom prometu, a sudski registar ispunjava dvije funkcije, funkciju javnosti i kontrolnu funkciju. Putem registra i na osnovi njegovih načela svi mogu pod jednakim uvjetima sudjelovati u pravnom prometu i imati uvid u podatke koji su sadržani u njemu.
Abstract (english)
The court register is a public book which contains data and documents on the subjects of registration for which the entry in the register is prescribed by the law. It consists of a general ledger and a collection of documents andit is kept electronically in the Republic of Croatia. The main task of the register is to ensure confidentiality and security within legal transactions, and the court register as such fulfills two functions, the public function and the control function. Through the register and on the basis of its principles, everyone can participate in legal transactions under equal conditions, and have access to its data.
