Abstract (english)	This chapter attempts to provide an overview of Sports Justice in Croatia. It focuses on the National Olympic Committee of Croatia (“NOC of Croatia”) as well as on football, with its special system, and on the Arbitration tribunal of the Croatian football federation. Particular attention is paid to the establishment and the procedure of arbitration in the sports associations’ tribunals (Croatian Court of Arbitration for Sport and arbitration tribunals for a single sport). It should be highlighted that there are not many judgments of ordinary courts in sport-related issues, primarily because sport is still considered as a special system of rules, on its own not connected to the ordinary judicial system. However, the number of litigation before sports disciplinary courts is significant and deserves due attention.
