Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu detaljno će se obrađivati ugovor o osiguranju općenito pa tako i ugovor o osiguranju života s naglaskom na osobe koje sudjeluju u ovom pravnom poslu. Također, uz osiguratelja i ugovaratelja osiguranja mogu se pojaviti i druge osobe koje nisu stranke ugovora ali mogu biti umiješane u prava i obveze koje proizlaze iz njega. Prema tome u radu se obrađuju osiguranik i korisnik osiguranja iako nisu stranke. Nadalje, ističu se prava i obveze koje proizlaze iz samog ugovora o osiguranju života koje su te osobe dužne izvršavati. Uz sve navedeno, spominju se i ostale vrste životnog osiguranja kao i primjeri iz sudske prakse u Republici Hrvatskoj koji se odnose na temu.
Abstract (english)
This thesis will deal in detail with the insurance contract in general, including the life insurance contract with an emphasis on persons involved in this legal work. In addition to the insurer and the policyholder, other persons, who are not parties of the contract but may be involved in the rights and obligations arising from it, will be mentioned. Therefore, the paper deals with the insured person and the insurance beneficiary, even though they are not parties. Furthermore, the rights and obligations arising from the life insurance contract that these persons are obliged to perform are emphasized. In addition to all of the above, other types of life insurance are mentione as well as related examples from case law in the Republic of Croatia.
