Abstract
Cilj je ovog rada pravno se osvrnuti na tumačenja pojmova pravednosti i pravičnosti koji se tijekom povijesti, kao i danas, često poistovjećuju u filozofiji prava. Rad će obuhvatiti brojne poznate i utjecajne filozofe prava koji su dali značajan doprinos ovoj tematici interpretirajući navedene pojmove iz svoje perspektive, čime su pridonijeli stvaranju modernih shvaćanja pravednosti i pravičnosti. Nakon izloženih stajališta i promišljanja istaknutih filozofa prava, autorica daje svoj zaključak i osvrt na njihova poimanja, kao i na povezanost spomenutih pojmova.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to legally reflect on the explanations of the terms justice and fairness which are throughout history, as well as today, often used interchangeably in the philosophy of law. The paper includes several well-known and influential philosophers of law who have made a significant contribution to this topic through their interpretations of the aforementioned concepts from their own perspectives, thus leading to the creation of a modern understanding of justice and fairness. After presenting the standpoints and ideas of prominent philosophers of law, the author offers her conclusion and a reflection on their insights, including also the connection between the mentioned concepts.
