Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu ‘’Zaštita dostojanstva radnika uslijed uznemiravanja i spolnog uznemiravanja’’ izložit će se sustav zaštite dostojanstva radnika u Republici Hrvatskoj na radnom mjestu, prilikom različitih oblika diskriminacije od kojih je naglasak stavljen na uznemiravanje i spolno uznemiravanje. . Rad je podijeljen u nekoliko cjelina. U uvodu je opisan razvoj zaštite dostojanstva radnika od prvih pravnih akata koji su uređivali tu materiju pa sve do danas. Nadalje su opisani osnovni pojmovi i podjela potrebni za daljnje razumijevanje rada. Također, navedeni su pravni izvori nacionalnog, europskog i međunarodnog prava. U zadnjoj cjelini govori se o samoj zaštiti radnika, sudskom postupku te zaključno o pravima i obvezama poslodavca i radnika u postupku radi uznemiravanja. Svaka od cjelina razrađena je u manjim podnaslovima te je u zaključku dan osvrt na cjelokupni diplomski rad.
Abstract (english)
This thesis titled "Protection of Workers' Dignity due to harassment and sexual harassment" will present the system of protection of workers' dignity in the Republic of Croatia in the workplace, due to different forms of discrimination, with emphasis on harassment and sexual harassment. The work is divided into several sections. The introduction describes the development of workers' dignity protection from the first legal acts that regulated this matter to the present day. Furthermore, the basic concepts and divisions necessary for further understanding of the work are described. Also, legal antidiscrimination sources of national, european, and international law are mentioned. The last section discusses the protection of workers, the judicial process, and finally, the rights and obligations of the employer and employee in the case of harassment. Each section is elaborated in smaller parts and in the conclusion, a review of the entire thesis is given.
