Abstract
Diplomski rad pisan je na temu povijesti uprave narodnog odbora Kotara Zadar 1958. godine. Sva korištena literatura pronađena je u Državnom arhivu Zadar. Sadržaj obuhvaća analizu sjednica Kotarskog vijeća, Vijeća proizvođača NOK-a Zadar te njihovih zajedničkih sjednica obrađenih iz sačuvanih zapisnika koji su se vodili na istima, s fokusom na bitne odluke i rješenja koja su u vezi sa samim naslovom rada. Radi boljeg razumijevanja samog gradiva korišteni su i pravni propisi iz tog doba koji su tada bili na snazi, a pronalaze se u republičkim Narodnim novinama i saveznom Službenom listu. Na sjednicama se raspravljalo o raznim temama poput društvenog plana, položajnim plaćama službenika, izmjene i dopune statuta, imenovanje i razrješenje dužnosti, rješavanje žalbi, osnivanje školi i ostalima koje se obrađuju kroz kronološki praćene sjednice.
Abstract (english)
This thesis was written about the history of the administration of the People's Committee of Zadar District in the 1958 year. All the literature that is used was found in the Zadar State Archives. The content includes an analysis of the sessions of the District Council, Council of NOK Zadar and their joint sessions, processed from the preserved records of the aforementioned sessions with a focus on important decisions and solutions that are related to the title of the work itself. In order to better understand the material, legal regulations from that era were used which were in effect at the time and can be found in the republic's Official Gazette and the federal Official Gazette. Council sessions included various topics, such as the social plan, official salaries, changes and additions to the statute, appointments and dismissals, resolution of complaints, founding of schools and other institutions, which are chronologically dated.
