Abstract | Cilj ovog završnog rada jest ponajprije objasniti pojam volonterstva mladih, njihova položaja, prilika koje im se mogu pružiti te prepreke koje im se u tome mogu pojaviti na putu. Rad se sastoji od šest poglavlja te uvoda i zaključka. Prvo poglavlje jest uvod u sam rad i problematiku. U drugom poglavlju pod nazivom Volonterski rad opisuje se sam pojam volonterstva te njegova osnovna obilježja, objašnjava se tko su zapravo volonteri i što rade te oblici volonterskog rada u Hrvatskoj. Treće poglavlje naziva Povijest volontiranja opisuje kratku povijest volontiranja općenito te ponešto o povijesti volonterstva u Hrvatskoj. U četvrtom poglavlju pod nazivom Zakonska regulacija volonterstva opisana je regulacija volonterstva u Hrvatskoj, navedena su temeljna načela koje zakon propisuje. Također se govori o osnovnim pravima i obvezama koje imaju sve osobe koje sudjeluju u volonterskim aktivnostima te osnovna obilježja ugovora o volontiranju. Peto poglavlje naziva Volontiranje mladih bazira se na volontiranju mladih općenito, temeljnim motivima zbog kojih volontiraju, ali i prepreka koje ih mogu spriječiti u tome. Pored toga, opisuje se nacionalna strategija Hrvatske za mlade. U šestom poglavlju pod nazivom Strategija za mlade na razini Europske Unije spomenuti su primjeri nekoliko europskih država i njihovi načini vrednovanja volonterskih aktivnosti te pogodnosti koje mladi volonteri mogu imati. Sedmo poglavlje naziva Mobilnost mladih volontera u Europi posvećeno je transnacionalnom volontiranju mladih ljudi. Prikazani su prethodni i sadašnji programi Europske komisije, odnosno Europska volonterska služba i Europske snage solidarnosti. Također se navode prepreke koje mladi volonteri mogu imati kod volontiranja na međunarodnoj razini. Na samom kraju rada dolazi zaključak koji sumira sve ranije navedeno u radu i kojim se predlaže poticaj i motivacija za što veće populariziranje volonterstva kod mladih ljudi. |
Abstract (english) | The aim of this final paper is to first of all explain the concept of youth volunteerism, their position, the opportunities that can be offered to them and the obstacles that can appear in their way. The paper consists of six chapters and an introduction and conclusion. The first chapter is an introduction to the work itself and the issues within. In the second chapter, entitled Volunteer work, the very concept of volunteering and its basic features are described, it is explained who volunteers actually are and what they do, as well as the forms of volunteer work in Croatia. The third chapter, entitled History of volunteering, describes a brief history of volunteering in general and something about the history of volunteering in Croatia. In the fourth chapter entitled Legal regulation of volunteering, the regulation of voluneering in Croatia is described and the basic principles prescribed by law are stated. It also talks about the basic rights and obligations of all persons who participate in volunteer activities, as well as the basic features of the volunteering contract. The fifth chapter, entitled Youth Volunteering, is based on youth volunteering in general, the basic motives for volunteering, but also the obstacles that can prevent them from doing so. Besides that, it describes the national strategy of Croatia for young people. In the sixth chapter, entitled European youth strategy, examples of several European countries and their ways of valuing volunteer activities and the benefits that young volunteers can have are mentioned. The seventh chapter entitled Mobility of young volunteers in Europe is dedicated to transnational volunteering of young people. The previous and current programs of the European Commission, namely the European Voluntary Service and the European Solidarity Forces, are presented. Obstacles that young volunteers may have when volunteering at the international level are also listed. At the very end of the paper comes a conclusion that summarizes everything previously stated in the paper and which suggests an incentive and motivation for popularizing volunteering among young people as much as possible. |
