Abstract
Ovaj završni rad analizira režime pružanja komunalnih usluga u Republici Hrvatskoj, a posebice u gradu Virovitici. Nabrajaju se najvažnija načela komunalnog gospodarstva i javnih službi koje su neizostavna tema kada se govori o komunalnim uslugama. Pruža se detaljan prikaz kako su se komunalne djelatnosti razvijale tokom povijesti i koja je važnost predstavničkih tijela u funkcioniranju komunalnih djelatnosti na području jedinica lokalne samouprave. Komunalne usluge mogu se obavljati kroz razne organizacijske oblike, a same komunalne jedinice biraju odabiru koji će to oblik biti. U radu se navodi kako se financiraju komunalne usluge u RH te se navodi i tko nadzire njihovo obavljanje. Na kraju se iscrpno navodi svaka pojedina komunalna djelatnost s posebnim naglaskom na grad Viroviticu.
Abstract (english)
This final paper analyzes the regimes for the provision of communal services in the Republic of Croatia, especially in the town of Virovitica. The most important principles of communal economy and public services are listed, which are an indispensable topic when talking about communal services. It provides a detailed account of how communal activities have developed throughout history and the importance of representative bodies in the functioning of communal activities in the area of local self-government units. Communal services can be performed through various organizational forms, and the communal units themselves choose which form they will take. The paper states how communal services are financed in the Republic of Croatia and also states who supervises their performance. At the end, each individual communal activity is detailed with special emphasis on the town of Virovitica.
