Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad predstavlja cjelovitu analizu radnih odnosa liječnika s posebnim osvrtom na ustanovu Istarski domovi zdravlja. Istražuje se niz aspekata koji obuhvaćaju radne uvjete, propise te praktične primjene u tom kontekstu. Kroz temeljitu analizu dostupne literature, zakonskih propisa i prethodnih istraživanja, pruža se dublji uvid u dinamiku i izazove s kojima se liječnici suočavaju u svakodnevnom radu. Poseban fokus stavljen je na ulogu zakonskih regulativa i prakse u oblikovanju radnih uvjeta, kao i na utjecaj tih uvjeta na kvalitetu pružene zdravstvene skrbi. Kroz analizu postojećih praksi i politika koje definiraju radne uvjete liječnika, identificiraju se potencijalni nedostaci i izazovi s kojima se sustav suočava. Ovaj rad također istražuje perspektive budućih promjena u radnim odnosima liječnika s ciljem poboljšanja sustava i unapređenja radnih uvjeta kroz mjere koje Istarska županija osigurava kako bi poboljšala trenutno stanje zaposlenih liječnika, ali i privukla nove liječnike.
Abstract (english)
This thesis presents a comprehensive analysis of the working relationships of doctors with special reference to the Istarski domovi zdravlja. A number of aspects covering working conditions, regulations and practical applications in this context are being investigated. Through a thorough analysis of available literature, legislation and previous research, it provides a deeper insight into the dynamics and challenges that doctors face in their daily work. Particular focus is placed on the role of legal regulations and practices in shaping working conditions, as well as on the impact of these conditions on the quality of healthcare provided. Through an analysis of existing practices and policies that define the working conditions of doctors, potential shortcomings and challenges faced by the system are identified. This paper also explores the prospects for future changes in the working relationships of doctors with the aim of improving the system and improving working conditions through the measures provided by the Istrian County to improve the current situation of employed doctors, but also to attract new doctors.
