This papers is the Croatian national report for the conference on Regional and EU Intellectual Property Challenges held on 6 June 2014 in Sarajevo. The paper presents legislative framework for patents, govermental aspects of patent regulation, enforcement issues, competition issues, issues related to licencing and other.
