Abstract
Tema ovog rada je zaštita na radu. U prvom dijelu rada piše se o razvoju zaštite na radu, izvorima i načelima. Opisuju se obveze i prava koja imaju poslodavci i radnici kada primjenjuju pravila zaštite na radu koja se na njih odnose. U radu se analiziraju rizici koji mogu utjecati na zdravlje radnika te se naglašava obveza poslodavca da te rizike pokuša smanjiti ili potpuno ukloniti. U posljednjem dijelu rada piše se o prekršajima i kaznenim djelima za koja mogu odgovarati poslodavci, ako se ne pridržavaju pravnih pravila koja se odnose na zaštitu na radu te o inspekcijskom nadzoru. Cilj rada je ukazati na važnost zaštite na radu u današnjem društvu.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this thesis is safety at work. The first part talks about the development, sources and principles of safety at work. It describes the obligations and rights that employers and employees have when applying rules of safety at work. This thesis analyses risks which can effect employees health and emphasizes employers obligation to attempting to reduce or completely eliminate them. The final part is about the misdemeanours and criminal offenses for which the employers could be held responsible for, if they don't comply to the rules of safety at work and inspection. The aim of this thesis is to indicate the importance of safety at work in today's society.
