Abstract
U ovome radu analizira se privremena mjera zaustavljanja broda. Na početku diplomskog rada analizira se povijesni razvoj instituta privremene mjere zaustavljanja broda u nacionalnome pravu kroz Pomorski zakonik te u međunarodnome pravu kroz Kovencije iz 1952. i 1999. godine, te sam pojam privremene mjere zaustavljanja broda. Također se razrađuju i pretpostavke za određivanje privremene mjere zaustavljanja broda, te tražbine radi kojih se privremena mjera zaustavljanja može odrediti.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes the temporary measure of arrest the ship. At the beginning of the thesis work is analyzed the historical development of the institute of temporary measures of stopping the ship in national law through the Pomorski zakonik and International Law through the 1952 and 1999 Conventions, and the term of the temporary measure of arrest the ship. Provisions are also provided for determining temporary measures for arrest the ship and claims for which provisional arresting measures can be determined.
