Abstract
U ovom radu autorica razmatra pitanje zaštite od štetnih imisija koje ugrožavaju čovjeka i okoliš koji ga okružuje s osvrtom na građanskopravnu zaštitu i upravnopravnu zaštitu s posebnim osvrtom na buku kao štetnu imisiju. Suvremeni način života koji uključuje razvoj tehnologije dovodi do sve većih zagađenja okoliša i narušavanja zdravlja ljudi. Povećava se svijest o okolišu te se donose brojni normativni akti za uređenje okoliša što podrazumijeva širu pravnu zaštitu te mogućnost podizanja tužbi za zaštitu od štetnih imisija. Danas odgovornost od štetnih utjecaja leži na svakome od nas, počevši od čovjeka kao pojedinca, lokalne zajednice i države koje su dužne donositi propise kojima će zaštiti svoje građane.
Abstract (english)
In this paper the author examines the issue of protection of harmful imissions that threaten people and the enviroment that surrounds it, with empahasis on use of civil protection and administrative legal protecion with a special focus on noise as a malicious imisssion. The modern way of life which involves the development of technology leads to higher enviromental pollution and damage to health of people. Increasing awareness about the enviroment and adopted various regulations for the decoration of the enviroment, which entails broader legal protection and the ability to raise legal actions to protect from harmful imissions. Today the responsibility from harmful influences lies with each of us, ranging from human rights, as individuals, communities and States that are obliged to adopt rules to protect its citizens.
