Abstract
Rad je posvećen proučavanju vrsti i pretpostavki odgovornosti liječnika, kao i utvrđivanju elemenata pojma liječničke pogreške. Utvrđuje se i krug osoba kojima, osim pacijenata, liječnici mogu odgovarati, kao i situacije u kojima, umjesto liječnika, odgovornost pada na njegova poslodavca. Dotiče se elemenata koji utječu na oslobođenje od odgovornosti. Sadrži kratak usporednopravni prikaz ove odgovornosti.
Abstract (english)
The paper is dedicated to the study of the types and elements of the liability of a physician, as well as to the determination of the elements of the concept of medical malpractice. It establishes the circle of persons to whom, in addition to patients, doctors can be liable for damages, as well as situations in which, instead of the doctor, the responsibility falls on his employer.
