Predmet ovoga rada bavi se razmatranjem odgovornosti države u slučajevima samoubojstva u praksi Europskog suda za ljudska prava. U okviru zaštite prava na život, razvile su se tri temeljne obveze, u skladu s Konvencijom za zaštitu ljudskih prava i temeljnih sloboda, koju države trebaju poštovati: materijalna negativna, materijalna pozitivna i postupovna pozitivna obveza. The subject of this paper deals with consideration of the state's responsibility in suicide cases in the practice of the European Court of Human Rights. In the area of the protection of the right to life, three fundamental obligations have been developed, in line with the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, to be respected by the states: negative material, positive material and procedural obligation.
