Abstract
Udruge su najbrojnije organizacije civilnog društva i njihova je uloga značajna za daljnji razvoj svih institucija i društva u cjelini, jer njihovo djelovanje nije usmjereno samo za dobrobit njezinih članova, već i za opće dobro. Udruge građana, privatni, ali i javni sektor pridonose osiguranju sredstva udrugama, a posebno za one koje djeluju za opće dobro zbog toga što su takve udruge ne samo dobar već i poželjan partner kako javnom sektoru tako i državi u cjelini. U sklopu ovog rada detaljnije se obrađuje zakonski okvir udruga, načela udruga, registracija udruga, imovina i prestanak udruge, a poseban naglasak stavlja se na primjere udruga u gradu Karlovcu.
Abstract (english)
Associations are the most numerous civil society organizations and their role is important for the further development of all institutions and society as a whole, because their activities are not only for the benefit of its members, but also for the common good. Citizens associations, private and public sector contribute to the provision of funds to associations, especially for those who work for the common good because such associations are not only good but also desirable partner for both the public sector and the state as whole. As part of this paper, the legal framework of associations, the principles of associations, registration of associations, property and termination of associations are discussed in more detail, and special emphasis is placed on examples of associations in the city of Karlovac.
