Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je prikazati problematiku kompjuterskog kriminaliteta. Pojam kriminala kakvog smo prije poznavali danas je stvar prošlosti, a šteta koju je moguće napraviti samim ''klikanjem'' puno je opasnija nego što smo toga svjesni. Modernizacija i razvoj tehnologije donijeli su nove oblike kompjuterskog kriminala, društveno neprihvatljivog ponašanja, koje je potrebno na odgovarajući način sankcionirati. Činjenica je da su društvene mreže prevarantima otvorile neiscrpne mogućnosti te vrlo jasno da su kompjuterske prijevare danas jedan od najopasnijih oblika kibernetičkog kriminaliteta.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this final thesis is to present the issue of computer crime. The notion of crime as we used to know it today is a thing of the past and the damage that can be done by "clicking" is much more dangerous than we are aware of. Modernization and development of technology have brought new forms of cybercrime, socially unacceptable behavior, which needs to be appropriately sanctioned. The fact is that social networks have opened up inexhaustible possibilities for fraudsters and it is very clear that computer fraud is one of the most dangerous forms of cybercrime today.
