Abstract
U završnom radu će se obraditi pravo na pristup informacijama unutar MUP-a. U prvom djelu rada obradit će se temeljni pojmovi poput informacija, ograničenja i prava na pristup informacijama, Mup-a. Zatim će se obraditi zakonodavni okvir koji uređuje navedeno područje. Obradit će se međunarodni i domaći zakonodavni okvir. Nadalje, istaknut će se povijesni razvoj prava pristupa na informacije te načela. Također, obradit će se dio koji se odnosi na načine ostvarivanja prava, naknade, kao i izuzetke i ograničenja prava te zaštita prava na pristup informacijama. U predzadnjem djelu obradit će se zaštita podataka te Schengenski informativni sustav. I na kraju na primjeru sudske praske, istaknut će se stajalište Ustavnog suda u predmetu vezanom za pravo na pristup informacijama unutar MUP-a
Abstract (english)
The final paper will address the right of access to information within the Ministry of the Interior. The first part of the paper will deal with basic concepts such as information, restrictions and the right to access information, MUP. The legislative framework governing the area will then be addressed. The international and domestic legislative framework will be addressed. Furthermore, the historical development of the right of access to information and principles will be highlighted. Also, the part related to the ways of exercising rights, compensation, as well as exceptions and limitations of rights and protection of the right to access information will be processed. The penultimate part will deal with data protection and the Schengen Information System. Finally, on the example of a court case, the position of the Constitutional Court in the case related to the right to access information within the Ministry of the Interior will be highlighted.
