Abstract
U ovom radu prikazani su pojedini oblici uobičajenih prepreka koje se mogu pojaviti prilikom kretanja robe na unutarnjem tržištu Europske unije. Navedene prepreke obrađene su korištenjem prakse Suda Europske unije kako bi se dočaralo na koji način se mogu manifestirati u stvarnim situacijama i dalo uvid u to kako je Sud odlučio o pojedinom pitanju. Same prepreke mogu se pojaviti u raznim oblicima koji se ponekad očituju kao vrlo otvorene mjere specifično usmjerene na uvozne proizvode ili kao mjere koje daju određeni povoljniji položaj domaćim proizvodima, a nerijetko su i posljedica političkih odluka.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents some forms of common barriers that may arise when moving goods on the internal market of the European Union. These obstacles have been addressed through the practice of the European Court to show how they can be manifested in real situations and gave insight into how the Court decided on a particular issue. The same barriers may arise in various forms that sometimes are manifested as very open measures specifically targeted at imported products or as measures that give a more favorable position to domestic products and are often the result of political decisions.
