Abstract
U radu autorica piše o slobodi pružanja usluga kao jednoj od četiri temeljne gospodarske slobode na unutarnjem tržištu Europske unije. Daje općeniti pregled Lisabonskog ugovora i unutarnjeg tržišta te detaljnije analizira slobodu pružanja usluga kroz primarno pravo, osobito Ugovor o funkcioniranju Europske unije. Rad se bavi karakteristikama usluga, razgraničenjem sa slobodom poslovnog nastana i ograničenjima slobode pružanja usluga. Autorica također pojašnjava slobodu pružanja usluga prema Direktivi o uslugama.
