Abstract (english)
U radu se ukazuje na probleme koncesioniranja luka nautičkog turizma u hrvatskoj praksi. Problemi su s jedne strane posljedica postojanja dvaju zakona (Zakona o pomorskom dobru i morskim lukama i Zakona o koncesijama), koju istu materiju reguliraju na bitno različite načine, a s druge strane posljedica potrebe tumačenja nacionalnog prava u skladu s pravom EU i tumačenjima Europskog suda pravde.
