Abstract
U radu je obrađen povijesni aspekt te način djelovanja upravne organizacije Opatija-Volosko iz 1910. godine. Prilikom pisanja rada, uz sekundarnu literaturu, korištena je primarna koja podrazumijeva raznovrsne arhivske spise Hrvatskog državnog arhiva u Rijeci koji obrađuje upravnu povijest općine Opatija – Volosko. U navedenim spisima, sadržane su objave, oglasi, novinski članci i drugi oblici spisa koji su pisani ručno, na mehaničkom pisaćem stroju, i to na talijanskom, njemačkom i hrvatskom jeziku. Neizostavna je komponenta spomenuti kako je velika većina spisa doduše nečitka ili teško prevodiva. Međutim, uspješno su eksplicirana najznačajnija događanja na području Općine Opatija-volosko iz promatrana razdoblja. Dakle, najveći dio rada napisan je temeljem podataka i zapisa sadržanih u Državnom arhivu u Rijeci koji su detaljno proučavani s ciljem elaboriranja spomenutog povijesnog aspekta upravne organizacije koristeći sačuvane pisane izvore, arhitektonske i druge kulturološke elemente.
Abstract (english)
The paper deals with the historical aspect and the way of operation of the administrative organization Opatija-Volosko from 1910. When writing the paper, in addition to the secondary literature, the primary one was used, which includes various archival documents. These documents contain publications, advertisements, newspaper articles and other forms of documents that were written by hand, on a mechanical typewriter, in Italian, German and Croatian. An indispensable component is to mention that most writings are admittedly illegible or difficult to translate. However, the most significant events in the Municipality of Opatija-Volosko from the observed period have been successfully explained. Thus, most of the work was written based on data and records contained in the State Archives in Rijeka, which were studied in detail with the aim of elaborating the mentioned historical aspect of administrative organization using preserved written sources, architectural and other cultural elements.
