Abstract
U ovom radu definira se pojam trećih osoba i kruga osoba koji se smatraju trećim osobama, odnosno imaju pravo na naknadu štete kod šteta izazvanih motornim vozilom u pogonu. Prikazuje se povijesni razvoj osiguranja od automobilske odgovornosti u Republici Hrvatskoj. Također prikazane su stranke ugovora o osiguranju od automobilske odgovornosti. Abstract (english)
This paper defines the concept of third parties and the circle of people who are consideredthird parties, i.e. they have the right to compensation for damage caused by a motor vehicle in function. The historical development of automobile liability insurance in Republic of Croatia is presented. The parties of automobile insurance contracts are also presented.
