Abstract
Novi Zakon o zemljišnim knjigama iz 2019. godine uveo je novi institut zabilježbe izvanrednog pravnog lijeka. U radu se govori o pretpostavkama za određivanje zabilježbe izvanrednog pravnog lijeka prema odredbama Zakon o zemljišnim knjigama, o učincima koje ona proizvodi te kako se ova zabilježba može brisati. Također se raspravlja o dvojbama i spornim pitanjima koja su se već javila u sudskoj praksi.
Abstract (english)
The new Land Registry Act from 2019 introduced a new institute recordation of extraordinary legal remedy. The paper discusses the assumptions for determining the recordation of extraordinary legal remedy according to the provisions of Land Registry Act, about the effects it produces and when this recordation can be deleted. It is also discussed doubts and disputable issues raised in the case law.
