Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu obrađuje se tema međunarodnopravne odgovornosti država članica za čine međunarodne organizacije. Prvo se kratko razjašnjavaju pojmovi međunarodne organizacije i države članice te se navodi koja su njihova međusobna prava i obveze. U daljnjem tijeku rada obrađuje se dosadašnja praksa te sama tema diplomskog rada, a to je odgovornost država članica za čine međunarodne organizacije, kao što se i analiziraju doktrine koje pomažu razjasniti ovaj problem. U radu će se također objasniti pojam i uloga Komisije za međunarodno pravo, kao i Nacrt članaka o odgovornosti država za međunarodno protupravne čine, te će se analizirati rad Komisije za međunarodno pravo na materiji odgovornosti međunarodnih organizacija u onom dijelu koji se tiče odgovornosti država članica za čine međunarodnih organizacija.
Abstract (english)
This thesis deals with the topic of international legal responsibility of member states for the acts of international organizations. First, the notions of an international organization and member state are briefly clarified, as well as their mutual rights and obligations. In the further course of the paper, the current practice is discussed, as well as the topic of the diploma thesis, the responsibility of the member states for the acts of international organizations, as well as the analysis of doctrines that help clarify this problem. The paper will also explain the concept and role of the International Law Commission, as well as Draft articles on state responsibility for internationally wrongful acts, and will analyze the work of the International Law Commission on the matter of responsibility of international organizations in the part concerning member states responsibility for acts of international organizations.
