Abstract
Menadžerski ugovor je ugovor koji je neimenovan, budući da nije zakonski uređen, neformalan, naplatni i sui generis ugovor. To je ugovor koji je dvostrano obvezujući, ali obzirom da nije zakonski reguliran, ugovorne strane imaju malo veću slobodu prilikom ugovaranja sadržaja menadžerskog ugovora. On može biti mješoviti ugovor te sadržavati elemente ugovora o radu, ugovora o nalogu, ugovora o djelu i menadžerskog ugovora. Menadžerski ugovori su individualni ugovori koji moraju zadovoljiti određenu formu te dati odgovor na pitanja koja se tiču statusa radnog mjesta, plaće i mjerenja rezultata rada, poslovnih i pravnih ovlaštenja, rješavanje spornih situacija, naknada, nagrada i sl.
Abstract (english)
Managerial contracts, also called a management contracts are contracts that are unnamed, since they are not legally regulated, informal, fee-based and sui – generis contract. It is a contract that is binding on both sides, but since it is not regulated by law, the contracting parties have freedom when negotiating its content. It can be a mixed contract and contain elements of an employment contract, mandate contract, contract for services and managerial/management contract. Managerial contracts are individual contracts that must satisfy a certain form and regulate the status of the workplace, salary and measurement of work results, business and legal authorizations, resolution of disputes, compensation and rewards, etc.
