Abstract
Prilikom istraživanja o Oružništvu NDH rijetki su samostalni prilozi o samom oružništvu, već se oni spominju u nizu knjiga i stručnih članaka koje je autor koristio prilikom pisanja rada. Veći dio izvora o oružništvu nalazi se u Hrvatskom državnom arhivu do kojih je teško doći, već se koriste izvori koji su satavljeni na temelju izvora iz Arhiva. Problem dostupnosti izvora o oružništvu NDH je i taj da se mnogo dokumenata uništilo, posebice dolaskom partizan na vlast. Također, jedan dio izvora... More nalazi se i u Republici Srbiji do kojih je teško doći, jer uvid u takve dokumente iziskuje dozvole do kojih je teže doći zbog političke situacije. Cilj ovog rada je prestaviti čitatelju cjelokupnu organizaciju, djelovanje i nastanak oružništva u Nezavisnoj Državi Hrvatskoj. Detaljno se razrađuje sama organizacija oružništva, a posebnice njihov odnos sa vanjskim i unutranjim suradnicima. Također jedan od ciljeva rad je prestaviti čitatelju da oružnik nije isto što i pripadnik ustaškog pokreta. Oružnik je stvarao povoljnu situaciju, dok su pripadnici ustaškog pokreta ispisivali jednu od najcrnji dijelova hrvatske povijesti. Less
Abstract (english)
When researching about gendarmerie of the NDH, independent contributions about the gendarmerie itself are rare, but they are mentioned in a number of books and professional articles that I myself used when writing the paper. Most of the sources on the police are in the Croatian State Archives, which I personally could not use, but I used the sources compiled on the basis of sources from the Archives. The problem with the availability of sources about the NDH police force is that many... More documents were destroyed, especially when the partisans came to power. Also, some of the sources are located in the Republic of Serbia, which are difficult to access, because access to such documents requires permits, which are difficult to access due to the political situation. The aim of this paper is to present to the reader the entire organization, operation and origin of the gendarmerie in the Independent State of Croatia. The organization of the police force itself is elaborated in detail, especially their relationship with external and internal collaborators. Also, one of the goals of the work is to convey to the reader that a gunman is not the same as a member of the Ustasha movement. Gendarmerie created a favorable situation, while members of the Ustasha movement wrote one of the blackest parts of Croatian history. Less
