Abstract
Ogledni spor u Republici Hrvatskoj institut je koji je 2019. godine uveden novelom Zakona o parničnom postupku. Njegova svrha je rasterećenje sudova nižeg stupnja te rješavanje velikog broja jednakih ili sličnih sporova. Obzirom da je institut relativno nov, već je 2022. godine imao jednu novelu koja je intervenirala u niz odredbi, a posebice u dijelu koji određuju broj sudaca u vijeću. Sudska praksa do sada broji svega nekoliko postupaka te je poprilično neujednačena. Zbog svojih karakteristika, ogledni postupak ima određene sličnosti s revizijom te pravnim institutima iz drugih pravnih sustava.
Abstract (english)
Model dispute procedure in the Republic of Croatia is an institute that was introduced in 2019 by an amendment to the Civil Procedure Act. It's purpose is to relieve the lower level courts and resolve a large number of equal or similar disputes. Given that the institute is relatively new, it already had one amendment in 2022 that intervened in a number of provisions, especially in the part of stating the number of judges in the council. Until now, the judicial practice counts only a few cases and it is rather uneven. Due to it's characteristics, the model dispute procedure has some similarities with the revision and legal institutes in other legal systems.
