The topic of this paper is the specificities of office management and correspondence in the Camp Omišalj. The aim of the paper is to explain the functioning of office management in general, with a special emphasis on the specificities of operations within a tourist camp. Through a detailed analysis of the operations of the Camp Omišalj, the paper seeks to illustrate the function and purpose of office management in such an environment. The first part of the paper includes a general overview of office management, defining the basic concepts necessary for understanding this process. The second part of the paper contains an analysis of business communication and its importance, highlighting the key aspects of successful business communication, including the exchange of information within the organization and with external partners, clients, and suppliers. The final part of the paper details office management and correspondence specific to the Camp Omišalj. This section covers the management of administration, finances, and daily operations, as well as communication with guests and partners.
