Abstract
U ovom završnom radu obrađen je, u osnovnim crtama, pravosudni sustav u Republici Hrvatskoj kroz državna odvjetništva, državno odvjetničko vijeće, sudove, državno sudbeno vijeće, pravosudnu akademiju te javno bilježništvo i odvjetništvo. U svakoj od navedenih djelatnosti obrazlaže se organizacija i djelokrug rada te zakonodavni okvir svakog iz svoje nadležnosti. Jamac zaštite vladavine prava i temeljnih ljudskih prava je neovisno, stručno i profesionalno pravosuđe odnosno pravosudni sustav u cjelini.
Abstract (english)
This paper gives a brief overview of the Croatian legal system, which includes the State Attorney’s Office, the State’s Attorney Council, courts, State Judicial Council, the judicial academy, public notaries and law offices. Furthermore, it is explained the organization and the scope of work of each of the mentioned institutions, as well as the legal framework of their jurisdiction. The protection of the rule of law and fundamental human rights is guaranteed by independent, competent and professional judiciary, i.e. legal system in general.
