U Republici Hrvatskoj povezana društva su uređena glavom VI. Zakona o trgovačkim društvima. Autorica u radu definira što su povezana društva, koje je njihovo pojmovno određenje, analizira vrste povezanih društava ističući razlike u tim društvima s naglaskom na njihovu svrhu i značaj. Group of companies are regulated by Croatian Companies Act. In the paper author analyses the definition of the group of companies, types of the group companies in Croatian Companies Law pointing out diferences in those companies with an emphasis on their purpose and significance.
