Abstract
Predmet ovog diplomskog rada je primjena odmora i dopusta u radnom zakonodavstvu. Ovaj rad je obrazložen kroz šest glavnih poglavlja u kojima su pojedinačno predstavljeni odmori i dopusti. Cilj ovog rada je detaljno predstaviti njihove podjele, analizirati njihova osnovna obilježja, usporediti ih kako bi se ukazalo na njihove glavne sličnosti i razlike, te prikazati prava i obveze radnika i poslodavca u radnom odnosu i u vezi s radnim odnosom. Nadalje, prikazani su i obrađeni najvažniji nacionalni i međunarodni pravni izvori kojima je reguliran ovaj institut.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this final thesis is the application of rests and leaves in the labor legislation. This paper is devided through six main chapters in which rests and leaves are presented individually. The objective of this paper is to present their divisions in detail, analyze their basic characteristics, compare them to show their main similarities and differences, and present the rights and obligations of workers and the employer in the employment relationship and in relation of the employment relationship. Furthermore, the most important national and international legal sources covered by this institute are presented and processed.
