Abstract
Zaštita prava vlasništva iznimno je važna i zahtjevna dimenzija instituta vlasništva. Kako bi se određena radnja prepoznala kao potencijalno ugrožavajuća za nečije pravo, nužno je detaljno poznavati i znati tumačiti sadržaj pravnih izvora uz adekvatnu primjenu odgovarajućih postupovnih sredstava zaštite. U radu se ta dimenzija prati od rimskih postavki (posebice povezivanjem kviritskog i pretorskog vlasništva, odnosno usporedbom prava vlasništva s ustanovom possesio) do suvremenih rješenja hrvatske pravne regulative.
Abstract (english)
The protection of property rights is an extremely important and demanding dimension of the institute of ownership. In order to recognise a certain action as potentially threatening to one's right, it is necessary to know in details and be able to interpret the contents of the legal sources with adequate application of the appropriate procedural means of protection. This dimension is followed in the paper from Roman settings (especially by comparing quiritary and praetorian ownership or by comparing the right of ownership with the institution possesio) to the contemporary solutions of Croatian legal legislation.
