Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu riječ je o odredbama o litispendenciji. Posebnu pozornost valja obratiti na Uredbu (EU) br.1215/2012 Europskog parlamenti i Vijeća od 12. prosinca 2012. o nadležnosti, priznavanju i izvršenju sudskih odluka u građanskim i trgovačkim stvarima, kojom su posebno propisana pravila za slučaj kada se istodobni postupci vode u dvjema državama članicama i za slučaj kada se istodobni postupci vode u državi članici i trećoj državi.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper deals with the lis pendens rule. Special attention is devoted to Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 of the European Parliament and the Council of 12 December 2012. On jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters, which contains separate rules for situations in which concurrent proceedings are taking place in two Member States and situations in which concurrent proceedings are taking place in a Member State and a third State.
