The subject of this graduation thesis is conclusion of the contract in electronic form, with the emphasis on the presentation and analysis of the rules which are, in terms of electronic commerce from the aspect of obligation law, related to the conclusion of electronical contracts. The subject of analysis will be legislation and legal theories that are relevant to the conclusion of contracts by electronic means, since it is a special mode of concluding the contract which is conditioned by modern telecommunications technologies, but it is not significantly different from other ways of contract conclusion. Furthermore, I have analyzed the regulations related to electronic commerce, as well as their relationship to the general rules of civil and obligation law. Only those provisions that are directly or indirectly related to the electronical contracts were taken into consideration. This thesis comprises the following institutes: electronic commerce, contract form in general, electronic form of contract, pre-contractual obligations, conclusion of contracts, offer and acceptance, perfection of contracts concluded by electronic means and formulary contracts in the electronic form.
