Sažetak (engleski)
The author highlights the advantages of the codification of the European procedure on the supranational level. He shows diversity of legal sources that governs some aspects of administrative procedure in the Union. Special attention is put on some standards that should be applied in administrative adjudication process: lawfulness, equality of treatment, impartiality and fairness, the right to examine the file, the right to be heard and make statements, proportionality in decision-making, decision- making within reasonable time and duty to state grounds for decision.
